  • Full refund available only if requested within 48 hours of initial purchase.

This 48-hour grace period allows users a short trial to confirm that the service meets their needs.

2. No Refunds After 48-Hour Grace Period

After the 48-hour window, subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy helps protect the platform from misuse while keeping expectations clear for all users.

3. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew annually.
  • Users can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next year's charge.
  • No proration or refunds for unused time once the annual subscription renews.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In limited cases (e.g., billing errors, service outages), The Inked Network may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to Support with all relevant details for review.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 48-hour grace period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support via email.
  2. Provide your full name, the email address used for the account, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Requests submitted within the first 48 hours will be processed promptly, typically within 2–5 business days.

6. No Refunds for Features or Content Issues

Dissatisfaction with features, style search results, or lack of usage is not eligible for a refund after the grace period has closed. We encourage all users to explore the platform's features during the initial 48-hour window.

  • Welcome email upon registration.
  • Auto-renewal reminder sent one week before the next charge.
